You must affirmatively agree to these Terms by selecting the acknowledgment checkbox at checkout before completing your purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

3. No Attorney Client Relationship

Use of this Website does not create an attorney client relationship between you and Provider or any of its representatives.

No attorney client or confidential relationship is formed by accessing the Website, purchasing or downloading documents, using any review service, communicating with customer support, or participating in any phone or online meeting.

Tom Sannicandro is licensed to practice law only in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. No legal services are provided through this Website unless a separate written engagement agreement is executed.

4. Document Preparation Services

The Website generates documents based solely on the information you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter and for reviewing the documents generated for you.

You are responsible for determining whether the documents are appropriate for your needs and for complying with all execution requirements, including signing, witnessing, notarization, and delivery requirements that may apply in your state.

Provider does not guarantee that any document complies with the laws of your state or achieves your intended legal outcome.

5. Optional Review Services

Provider may offer optional review services. Any review service is limited in scope as described on the Website and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney.

5.1 Staff Document Review

A limited review for document completeness, consistency, and formatting. This service may include one 15 minute phone or online meeting to explain review notes and provide general process guidance.

  • This service does not include legal advice, legal strategy, or state specific legal analysis.
  • This service does not include tax advice, benefits eligibility determinations, or legal representation.

5.2 Technical Document Review

A review focused on document assembly accuracy and structural integrity, including formatting, cross references, internal numbering, and inclusion of selected provisions.

  • This service does not evaluate legal sufficiency, compliance with state law, or legal strategy.
  • This service does not provide legal interpretation of provisions.
Meeting scope: Any included phone or online meeting is limited to explaining review notes and answering general process questions about completing and organizing your documents.

6. Payments and Refunds

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is required at checkout.

  • Fees for documents that have been generated or delivered are non refundable, unless otherwise stated on the Website.
  • Review service fees may be non refundable once the review process has begun.
  • Provider reserves the right to change pricing and offerings at any time.

7. No Guarantees of Outcome

Provider does not guarantee eligibility for government benefits, acceptance by courts or agencies, tax outcomes, asset protection results, or legal sufficiency in any jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Provider for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
